A Sad Decade Without Aaliyah (Remembering Aaliyah 1979-2001)

Sorry I haven't posted in a while so I'm doin another post...

I remember buying Aaliyah's self titled album. It was the fifth album I ever bought, I loved it ever since. It's been a decade since Aaliyah past away I remember hearing about for the first time on her video "More Than A Woman" (yes I was little when that happened). I cried so hard, I've always wanted to meet her. Well I'll always remember her I still listen to her shit as of right now. My favorite song of her's is "back and Forth" it's got this slammin' bass line and a deep groove. Never knew R. Kelly can rap. Well anyways about that song Aaliyah was 15 when that shit dropped (damn that girl can sing that good). I was 1 when it came out so I didn't hear it in 94 but I did in 08 though. The first song I ever heard from was "Try Again" it was in Romeo Must Die (which I haven't seen yet). That video was hot, Aaliyah's dance moves were so good it was def her best video. Aaliyah I miss you and I hope your reading this.

To A Great Man...The King of Pop

2 Years ago, I was getting ready for Cape Cod when I heard the news Michael Jackson died, so I would like to take this time out to reflect on his work. Michael Jackson a really great artist. He changed music videos from just people performing to a work of art. Michael Jackson has been a huge influence on my music from the way I write songs to the dance moves I do. Everything I do for my music I owe to him there not one artist today that has not influenced by Michael Jackson. He is great man and he forever missed. I never believed what the media had to say with the court, I know he's innocent he said it himself. I usually believe the person rather than the press. Also, I would like to thank him and Sony for helping me get my first taste of fame I was in his video for Behind The Mask. When I become really famous with my group Red Drank in my part of my liner notes he and God are going to the first people I thank.

Best cameo ever in Behind the Mask

Yea I got my hard to find cameo at 3:05 but i' def there. I just wanna say amazing job to everyone that's in it. I know all of us can't have the spotlight but the little videos were def the best part and i'm honored to be a part of that. Everyone did such an amazing job in the video I love each and everything part of it. EVeryone should watch this it's a great video.

Happy Birthday Ms. Jackson

If there's anyone that's still amazing to this day, it's def Janet. She is the reason why I don't smoke and drink thanks to her album Rhythm Nation. Janet is truly a role model, she promtoes good messages to kids. I love her music so music. I don't even have a favorite song of her's. Also, I think every video game should have her music not just DDR Hotesst Party/Superonva (Arcade) and DJ Hero 2. Anything of Janet's sounds good. Even her duet with her brother (post death) was the best verse in We Are The World 25. I love her so much and I could write for hours but I need to keep this short and sweet. I also credit her song State of the World for inspiring me to make music. Also, her albums Rhythm Nation and The Velvet Rope are huge influences on the music I make with songwriting and production. Ms. Jackson is the best and she knows good music and how to make music good and to have positive messages in a song.

A Few Words About Left Eye

It's sad to see an incridible, sweet, caring, and talented woman such as Left Eye pass away. Your music is never going to be forgotton. She is an amazing role and I'm honored to have her in my childhood. I'm sad we neever got to meet but it's still sad to have you gone but your in God's hands and I know he is taking really good care of you. R.I.P. Left Eye 1971-2002

One morning in 2002, (I don't remember the date sorry) I was watching VH1's Top 20 Countdown and see TLC's video for Girl Talk I was wondering where Left Eye was and I was heartbroken by the ending just to find out Left Eye passed away. Left Eye was a very special, funny and amazing woman. She wanted good messages in her songs with TLC and her solo work as well. I can't see TLC and music today without Left Eye she was a lot better than Nicki Minaj I know that. Left Eye all of us are thinking of you.

Yep I'm going to be in Behind the Mask. This video is going to be very innovaitve as far as I know. The video is going to be made up of video clips from videos submitted to Sony including mine. I got choosen to be in it along with thousands of people as well. It's one thing to show up to be in a video but it's different when your going to be in a music video from the confort of your own home. So catch my dancing when the video comes out sometime next month (sorry everyone I don't know when).

Is Swampscott Ready For DMC?

I am but let's here from some of my friends...are they excited or not for Swampscott's biggest event of the year.

Some people in Swampscott are just not excited; "I'm not excited," said Paulina Ferullo.

On the other hand some a huge fans are looking foward to this historic event for Swampscott, "I'm pretty excited I love Run DMC's music," said Amanda Low.

 

Others are ready for this historic event and see the first old school rapper to come to Swampscott, "I think it would be pretty cool for a old school rapper to come to Swampscott its about time that we get some famous rappers around here it will be a good change for Swampscott­," said Kyle Rogers.

DMC Is Coming To Swampscott?!?!?!?!?!?!?



As a huge Run DMC fan I am thrilled he is coming to Swampscott. Nothing huge happens in Swampscott expect 5/15/2011 the day he comes. The only thing that sucks is that it's only for a Girl's Swampscott Spring Stretch clinic (but they should be happy though). But other than that it's still exciting anyone really famous come to Swampscott before DMC? Nope, but DMC is coming; yep that's so historic. DMC is a very good rapper and both his solo work/with Run DMC has positive messages in his/their songs. I still wish (not gonna complain obvs) he would come by the high school and make a speech to the entire school during X-Block the next day since the day he is coming is a Sunday. It would've been so good the school would've been so thrilled that he came before he left but I said not gonna complain cause that was my opinion. He is a very good role model and again I'm thrilled that he's coming it's too good to miss.

First Big Interview

Happy Late Birthday Lady Gaga (I Wanted To Post This On Her Birthday)

Man my internet was down (pretty mad about that), so imma write about the Queen of Pop of the 2010s Lady Gaga. I love her she's so amazing. She's got a voice, that anyone will just hear and listen for hours. I love all of her song (despite that Auto Tune was in a few of them). Anyone happy that Auto Tune isn't in any of her singles cause she can actually sing. She's got billion of views of Youtube and she deserves every one of them I swear at least 10,000 views came from me cause I love her music so much. She def the Madonna of now (Which I'm also a huge fan of like Gaga). Anyone that doesn't like Gaga doesn't know what there missing. My favorite videos/songs of hers is Just Dance and Poker Face. Also, one of my favorite things in DJ Hero 2 is to play Gaga's songs. Love you girl hope your birthday was amazing.

Rebecca Black is Actually Better Than...

For those of you think Rebecca Black has no talent WRONG. Here's some artists she is better than:

*Lil Wayne- He makes really bad songs. Rebecca is only better because she makes songs people will actually listen to and have a good time with. Lil Wayne can't make a song someone will listen to the whole time maybe for 10 seconds at the most.

*Drake- He's making three million cameos that will make everyone throw up. His videos have not made 35 million views the first video like Rebecca Black.

*Nicki Minaj- Her lyrics don't make any sense unlike Rebecca Black. She hasn't made any party songs Nicki makes only mainstream trash.

*Justin Bieber- His songs are horrible (which the 3 million of us agree) and Rebecca Black's aren't.

*T-Pain- This dude relys on Auto Tune to make terrible songs, Rebecca doesn't why do I have to get into detail?

*Soulja Boy- His songs are garbage and his dance is impossible to do. Do I have to say more?

*Wiz Khalifa- All he does is get high instead of being a good role model and making good songs.

*Waka Flocka Fame- Pure garbage nuff said.

*Young Money- There's 3 million s***ty rappers in Young Money and no one of them are as taleneted as Rebecca.

As with the cyberbulling she got, it's really horrible especially since she's got talent everyone would like. It's gotta stop, the haters my have gotten her famous but the true fans like me will love her. I hope becomes the next Lady Gaga, Britney Spears or better yet Madonna. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 10 Years Later...

Anyone remember Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3? What Activison made before Call of Duty. That game was so much fun and I still play it to this day. The game is so amazing. I loved all the levels for it my fav is a three way tie between Suburbia, Los Angeles, and Canada. I couldn't enough of the soundtrack I loved they had Redman, Xzibit, Alien Ant Farm, Red Hot Chill Peppers and my fav rapper of all time KRS One. Everything was perfect about it and there was nothing to hate. This game is also one of the very few games to get a perfect 10 on Gamespot. If you don't have game 10 years after it's release get this classic right now. It's worth that $5 at Gamestop. Trust me everyone would get hooked on this game.

A Taste of The Junior Show

Well the Junior Show's coming up and I know how excited everyone is so I thought I'd share a little something...

The Lil Ill skit got rejected (despite it not being controversal and an anti-bullying skit) so I thought I would share the script with everyone. I felt bad for Scott Powell when I saw Lil Ill's diss song to him so I did this for him. There was many parts available during that one I was supposed to be Lil Ill's dad, Vanessa Popeo was supposed to be Lil Ill's girlfriend, and Cody Kiline was supposed to be Lil Ill's mom. I wanted Mark Lausier to be Lil Ill but I didn't much time to talk to him about the skit and he didn't know if he was acting or not. It would've been a great skit, but rules are rules we can't single someone out (even if they approved it). I'm gonna give you all the next best thing since everythings a surprise. One Day Til The New Drug Policy...What Does Everyone Think?

6 Days Until the New Policy

On St. Pattys Day the new policy kicks in. Not that many people like it, but however we must live a drug free life and this is one step closer to it. I'm glad I don't do drugs and drinking cause it's bad. Nothing is controversial about it expect for some upset students. Maybe we could a new nation a Rhythm Nation 2011 that is. Looks like were bringing back Janet's message.

RIP DJ Hero, Guitar Hero and True Crime and Tony Hawk in Jeopardy

It's been awhile since Activison stopped DJ Hero, Guitar Hero and True Crime. It was a very sad day, especially for me since I won the DJ Hero 2 Name That Mix Challenge and won a sweet pair of Dr. Dre Headphones. The new Guitar Hero pretty much sucked it should've been like Guitar Hero 5 all over again instead of a crappy game. Also, they can't start and cancel what good be a good True Crime game. As a fan of those games (well I haven't played True Crime yet but it looks cool) it's so sad for Activison to cancel something really great. Maybe more people will buy it next time. DJ Hero 2 wasn't ruined but the rest were. Can't wait for more DJ Hero 2 DLC when I get Xbox Live.

One of my fav games of all is on hold...Tony Hawk. I truly think it's a lot better than Skate. My fav Tony Hawk games were all of them expect Ride and Shred since I haven't played them yet. But if they didn't use the stupid board controller for the game maybe it wouldv'e been a higher sale for the game. I'm gonna miss Tony Hawk a lot I hope they have a new one for 2012. Sucks that they wouldn't have one for 2011. Everyone should start buying those games more.

57 the Legend

Ok it was his birthday yesterday and I legit forgot to put a blog in my blog for him (sorry Joey). So imma make this long just for him. He's prob the greatest football ever to me personally. Despite that I was sad that he quit during the middle of season, I thought it was sad loss to the team. Despite that he prob one of the best players ever. Obvs we was someone I could look up too. He is def one the best lineman ever. He's one one of the fumiest people I've ever met. I love his jokes so much especially about Lil Ill. He is truly the best. His girlfriend is like the best as well (another shout out to Karyssa).

Ok so what if my girl Christina missed a verse she was amazing. First of all no one is perfect. Second of all we are human. Third of all Christina loves America. Forth of all everyone one needs to stop overreacting to a simple mistake Christina made. She didn't do it on purpose. I am still a fan of hers. Everyone please leave Christina alone. I love her and I'm listening to her music twice as much maybe triple that. Love ya Christina Aguilera don't let anyone take the pressure on you. You were better than the BEP no worries and of course a no Auto Tuned performance which I know you can do.

Final Score 25-31 this is so dissapointing. I was so rooting for the Steelers. Steelers get em next year I know you all can do it. Well at least some Glee will make it up. Congrads Packers?

Black Eyed Peas Half Time Performance Review

I Gotta Feeling and Boom Boom Pow- Probaly the worst Black Eyed Peas songs ever huge dissapointment as a BEP fan. Espically the use of Auto Tune in a song. The reprise of I Gotta Feeling's cherography is pleasing to make up for the awful song.

Pump It- The engergy of the song is amazing. I thought they would forget their real hip hop stuff and replace it with their Auto-Tune stuff. I can't describe it too amazing.

Sweet Child Of Mine- Fergie and Slash killed it nuff said.

Where Is the Love?- The first BEP song I've heard of ever. I'm glad they put this on there. It was like 2003 all over again amazing.

OMG- Worst Usher song ever. But Usher's dance moves are still amazing though.

Let's Get It Started- I love this song. Should've been used longer.

The Time (Dirty Bit)- Horrible song. I'm glad it was only 15 seconds of it.

Why?- Minus what Justin Timberlake did (all his fault none of it was Janet's fault), nothing will top Janet's performance. The cherography, the songs, and well everything else can't beat Janet. I wish Janet would headline the show again give her a second chance this time without Justin Timberlake. Bring out someone good with her like Lady Gaga or Rihanna.

Lil Kim vs Nicki Minaj Who's Better?

Lil Kim- "Black Friday": I'd have to say Lil Kim fought back really hard on this one. I'm def not kidding on this one. I have nothing else to say but it's funny (in a good way), creative and it proves why Lil Kim is the better MC and why Nicki is a "wannabe." PS 0:29 funniest (in a good way again) part of the song.

Nicki Minaj- "Roman's Revenge": This is horrible period. Her lines are really random and they make no sense, making Eminem (who is also on the song) the better MC. Did I mention she ruined a good A Tribe Called Quest song.

Lil Kim- "Simon Says" -Pharoahe Monch: Kim killed it and she obviously made a classic better than ever which is rarely seen these days. I said enough.

Nicki Minaj- "Scenario" -A Tribe Called Quest: This original song was a classic, but this one made it worse. Come on making a hot verse into a lousy chorus that's bull right there. But the sample may have been better but the "new" song was a lot worse.

Overall Winner: Lil Kim- She's in the "legendary lane" right there. With all the experience she had in the rap game she can throw Nicki off in this one.

Ok so recently justice has been served one kid who beat up my friends is going to court. Now let's get everyone else to court that would be sweet. As for Lil ill his videos got more dislikes than likes on Youtube so that's good. Did I mention all the negative comments on his videos are like the best. So justice has been served in that case. Get Well Soon

I hope my friends Joey, Kennan and Ty feel better soon. It's sad for someone to think its Grand Theft Auto and beat the s*** out of my friends but I hope they are feeling better. So I'm dedicating this post to them. Joey is one the funniest people I've ever met. His girlfriend his one of my really good friends (shout to you Karyssa) so all of us sat together at lunch with some of our friends numerous times. He is one of my fav football players ever and he is my biggest insperation why I do football. I've never been happier he asked me to do Karaoke Night with him and Kennan too they were as sad as I was that they couldn't make it. Kennan is like one of the nicest people I've ever met. When I made my first tackle a varisty game (the only I've been in so far) he was the first one to congrad me on this. So I'm gonna give him props for that. For Ty He's really nice and a really good friend. Did I mention it was nice of him to have one of my pics of him as his first profile pic. All three of them are some of my fav football players. So next time you think it's ok start a fight with someone especially those close to you someone will get hurt and you will get arrested. Oh yeah hey guys, remind me to do some thing for you for the Junior Show to really make you feel better.

Not My Pats

  Seriously I am a huge Pats fan. I can't believe the Jets won. I don't know how else I can describe it this is just plan horrible. 28-21? Oh come on the Pats would've won this. Turns out everyone hates the Jets for this as of now. There goes my Superbowl XLV dreams for the Pats. For the Pats next season you know what to do beat the Jets cause no one likes them. I believe in all of you, you all worked very hard. All of ya will be in better shape shape in the fall. You all know what to do, get to the Superbowl. Good Luck in 2011 Pats make it like 2007 all over again.

The Meeting

Hey everyone please remind your parents about this meeting tonight. I know some people are with it and some aren't. I know some students are concerned with this and some are fine with it like me. Again, I am with this new policy it's a just a good way to get rid of the drugs in Swampscott. I've said enough, just tell your parents to go please. The meeting for the Underclassmen parents is 6 and for the Upperclassmen parents it's 7. Have a wonderful day everyone and don't worry about this it's just a good policy.

Drug Awareness Meeting at the School

Ok I do not do drugs and I do not drink. Also, I think this meeting is a good thing. The drugs and alchohol need to go and they are outta control. And this meeting is so called controversal? I don't think so that's like saying do good things is illegal what is wrong with people? There is nothing wrong with this meeting the school is trying to help with people with those problems to get help. This meeting may have hit many newspapers, it's good thing so they can get the parents to be aware about it. No offense to anyone that does it. I said enough, in other words I hope every parents attends this meeting it's Monday 1/10/2011 and every parent has to go (unless they have other commitments such as work). The time is 6 for Freshmen and Sophomore parents. For Junior and Senior parents it's 7.

Seriously this is what life should be like instead of drug filled drama...

2011 and 536288

Apologizes for forgetting to post one New Year's Day. I hope everyone had an amazing New Year's Day. I think I'll sure some of my resolutions as well....

1. Actually hang out wit some people who always wantin hang out wit me
2. Lose weight 
3. Have the best Jr show ever  (Which my year obvs)
4. Try to make varisty for football
5. Get Xbox Live
6. Hopefully get a cool phone let everyone else has
7. Meet some of the new freshmen when i'm a senior
8. Make honors (as in the honor roll)
9. Try harder in school 
10. Have 10 or more people at my house to hang out
11. Meet my Facebook friends Janet Jackson and Lady Gaga in person (hopefully and I did talk to them on Facebook they so nice I just wish I could meet them I person)

As football I miss it so much I won't have to worry football is in a lot of months from now. The 536288 dynasty will continue which is gonna be great. In case what you would like to know what I'm talking about 53 stands for me which is my football number, 62 stands for Joe which is his football number, and 88 stands for Alex which is his football number. These are just my fav players of the team in case you wondering. Also, I get wait for the freshmen to be on the team again with me when they are sophomores just saying.
